About You:

As the Store and Sorting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Wonthaggi Store, including achieving monthly budgeted sales, undertaking stock control, and motivating and leading a small team of dedicated volunteers.

You will have/be:

· Demonstrated experience in managing a retail store

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail store or similar environment

· Merchandising, recruitment, and training experience

· Strong interpersonal and selling skills

· Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills

· Excellent people management skills

· Experience working with volunteers

· Hands-on leadership skills

· Highly motivated and dynamic individual
