About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Polynesia Store Manager to join our team at FOREVER POLYNESIA' in Sydney, NSW. As the Polynesia Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Polynesia retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time role, based in our Sydney CBD location.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and cash handling

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with our client base

Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to maximise sales and showcase our products

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective team leadership

Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Ensure the store meets all safety, compliance, and company policy requirements

Collaborate with the broader Management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably within the fashion Industry or in the Polynesian fashion industry

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences

Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Familiar with retail best practices, including visual merchandising and sales strategies

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment

able to Organise events to promote new products.

Able to identify new products for the store as the business grows
