We’re currently seeking a results-driven and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruitment team on a fixed-term contract (2–3 months), with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of delivering high-quality candidates quickly and efficiently.
You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across our diverse business streams which include both security personnel and unique residential services roles. What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments
- A results-focused approach; you understand urgency and take ownership of your workload
- Creative sourcing capabilities: you know how to find great candidates beyond traditional job boards
- Previous experience using Team tailor or an equivalent ATS
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- A high level of independence and initiative; you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
- A passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities
- Prior experience in security, facilities, or blue-collar recruitment (highly regarded but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and attract the right talent
- Proactively source candidates through a variety of platforms and outreach strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for a range of frontline and support roles
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline tracking in our ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Assist with onboarding coordination and compliance documentation
- Identify process improvements and contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives
- Support broader people and culture projects as required
Contract Details:
- Initial term: 2–3 months
- Start date: ASAP
- Potential to extend or transition to a permanent role
