About YAC

YAC provides legal and social support to young people who are involved in, or at risk of involvement in the youth justice system or child protection system or at risk of homelessness.

About the role

The Human Resources Officer provides essential support to the organisation by providing proactive, hands-on HR support across YAC. This role will work closely with leadership to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, staff wellbeing, policy development, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation.
