Founded in 2012, Offaly Civil Engineering (OCE) is a privately owned, self-performing, multi-disciplined civil contracting firm servicing the Wide Bay and Southeast Queensland regions. What we need
Due to consistent and targeted growth with a strong pipeline local work into 2025/2026, the business is now seeking to employ an experienced Civil Utilities Leading Hand for immediate start on projects in the Caloundra area.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills;
Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across water and sewer projects or similar.
Ability to set & check heights from survey benchmarks typically utilising dumpy levels, spinning lasers and pipe lasers highly desirable.
Experience in pumpstation construction and mechanical pipework installation.
Be able to work independently and liaise with the client on site.
Strong Commitment to Health & Safety.
Versatile candidate with excavator / loader / skid steer tickets experience highly desirable.
hands on approach to achieving project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have:
Sound knowledge of the Australian Civil construction industry.
Previous experience working on Water and Sewer projects.
A Driver's License is a must.
Two professional referees
No restrictions on working in Australia
