Manage residential conveyancing files from A to Z | Collaborative team | Brisbane City location. WFH up to 2 days per week

The role

Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal, to run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include contract perusal, dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements, on line stamping and lodgements and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary

Long established CBD law firm of approx 20 staff. Friendly and supportive culture. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
