Supporting a Partner in the Management Rights/Conveyancing Team.

The role

As a Conveyancing /Management Rights Paralegal, you will be running files from start to finish. This will involve dealing with clients, doing on line searches, typing contracts, transfer documents, doing settlement statements, booking in settlements with PEXA and general file management duties. You will support a Partner and the team.

You

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You do not need Management Rights Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. 40 staff. Have weekly morning teas, social club, monthly drinks nights. birthday leave, monthly massages. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($85,000 - $100,000 including superannuation).
