We are currently recruiting for a boutique law firm who work across Property matters. They have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Conveyancer.

The Role
As a Conveyancer you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of conveyancing files while also providing crucial paralegal support when needed. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handle electronic conveyancing and settlements in PEXA

• Managing contract conditions and strata tiles issues

• Dealing with clients

• Paralegal support duties when required

The Candidate

• Your experience in conveyancing will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions

• Using your expertise in managing your own conveyancing files, you'll confidently oversee the process from start to finish

• Bringing your expertise in PEXA, you'll ensure seamless and efficient settlements
