CASUAL ADMIN ASSISTANT / RECEPTION - 4 DAYS PER WEEK
Essential:
Good phone manner, courteous and respectful to all Clients and colleagues. Strong customer focus.
Good verbal and written communication, good listening skills.
Friendly, flexible and willing to learn and take instruction.
Professional dress, neat and tidy at all times. Must have own reliable transport.
Excellent organisational skills with effective time management, must be able to multitask.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
Previous Customer Service / Reception experience,
Taking phone calls, making appointments using electronic calendar (program training will be provided).
Problem solver with a can-do attitude. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Create basic letters/invoices using Microsoft WORD (Beginner to Intermediate skill level required).
Create basic spreadsheets using Microsoft EXCEL (Beginner to Intermediate skill level required).
Create emails, attach documents using Microsoft OUTLOOK.
Previous experience with XERO, MYOB, STP Payroll would be desirable.
Filing, copying, scanning and printing of documents.
Income and outgoing mail.
We are a busy Accounting, Tax and Bookkeeping business in Wallsend looking for a friendly customer service/administration assistant.
This is a rewarding position for the right candidate.
A career position is on offer following a 3-6 month probation review.
You will be an integral member of our small team.
