About the role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Living Well Chiropractic in Sippy Downs, QLD. This is a casual role that offers approximately 15 hours per week with potential for growth. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients with a warm and friendly demeanour

Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member

Scheduling and managing client appointments in our electronic booking system

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Providing excellent customer service and responding to client queries and concerns

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or chiropractic setting

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area

Proficient in using computers and electronic booking systems

A friendly, positive and professional demeanour

A genuine interest in health and wellness
