The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Document Controller to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate records of project documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date, securely stored, and accessible to stakeholders. You’ll be a key part of our project delivery, supporting compliance, coordination and efficiency across multiple teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile project environment. Part-time hours will also be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documentation in line with company processes and industry standards
Ensure documents are current, properly stored, and easily accessible
Maintain version control and accurate records of revisions
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely document submissions
Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Implement and improve document control systems and processes
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in document control, ideally within engineering, construction or similar industries
Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and standard tools
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
