We are currently looking to engage an experienced Document Controller on a 6-month Casual contract.
The role will be fully work from home

Key functions of the role:
Reviewing and, where needed, improving the business's existing document control approach in line with ongoing ISO certifications.
Audit and report on existing business-level documents, identifying gaps and providing feedback on any improvement opportunities.
Support the review, approval, and distribution of new and revised controlled and uncontrolled business-level documents.
Ensure all business-level documents are presented in line with document control and QA/QC requirements.
Assist with improving document retention, retrieval and filing of the business-level documentation.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day controlled document requirements.
Record issues and track the location of control documents.
Ensure the documents are managed in strict confidentiality.
Commitment to Health, Environment & Safety and company best practices.
What will set you up for success:
2+ Years in a similar role.
Advanced Microsoft Suite and SharePoint experience.
Solid document control experience within any industry, with exposure to Mining and Civil Construction environments (preferred).
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Automation tools, such as Power Automate/Power BI will be highly regarded.
A working knowledge of current industry-level legislation and Codes of Practice will be highly regarded.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels.
