About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records with precision and efficiency. Working approximately 10 hours per week, with additional hours as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients

Conduct proactive follow-up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable

Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

Collaborate weekly with the team to review financial status and address variances

Ensure financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies

Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Strong problem-solving abilities
