Overview of the Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper / Office Admin Person to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts and general office administration, who is highly organised and can work independently.
Our Expectations of you:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in Xero
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Relevant qualifications or certification in accounting/bookkeeping
What We’re Looking For:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping using XERO
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Bank reconciliations and data entry
- Payroll processing and superannuation
- BAS preparation and lodgement support
- Invoicing and statement preparation
- General office administration
- Assisting the Sales Manager & General Manager with admin tasks
- Liaising with clients and suppliers

Flexible part-time hours – starting at 2-3 days per week during probation then more hours if you like afterwards. Start times are flexible and can be worked within School hours.
