What we do:
T Rex Logistics, Specializes in the Interstate Linehaul services for our customers Australia wide. We operate out of our depot in Hallam Victoria and utilize our company owned fleet using our employees.
Overview of the Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper / Office Admin Person to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts and general office administration, who is highly organized and can work independently.
Our Expectations of you:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in Xero
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Relevant qualifications or certification in accounting/bookkeeping
What We’re Looking For:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping using XERO
- Accounts payable and receivables
- Bank reconciliations and data entry
- Payroll processing and superannuation
- BAS preparation and lodgement support
- Invoicing and statement preparation
- General office administration
Benefits:
Flexible part-time hours – starting at 2-3 days per week. Start times are flexible and can be worked within School hours.
