We’re looking for a capable and organised Personal & Executive Assistant to support the Directors and senior members of management within a growing construction and trade services business. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and are comfortable juggling both executive-level tasks and day-to-day admin — this role could be a perfect fit.
You’ll work closely with senior management to ensure schedules, communications, and business operations run smoothly. The role offers genuine variety, visibility across the business, and the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week once probation is complete.

About the Role
This hybrid position offers the perfect mix of executive-level business support and high-level administration. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate communications, draft and handle professional emails, assist in reporting, and ensure operations behind the scenes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
Draft and manage email correspondence on behalf of Directors/Senior Management
Maintain and monitor email inboxes to prioritise key communications
Organise domestic travel, accommodation, and event logistics
Prepare, edit, and format business reports, documents, and presentations
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on behalf of the Directors/Senior Management
Track project deliverables, key actions, and business deadlines
Support Directors/Senior Management in general business coordination and internal oversight
About You
Proven experience in a PA, EA, or senior admin support role
Confident communicator with strong writing skills and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Proactive and commercially aware, with a solutions-focused mindset
Familiarity with the construction or trade services industry (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and digital communication tools
