In this role you will provide support in the inside sales, procurement and supply of hardware and software products within agreed timeframes with a focus on accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency;

Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure the reliability of supply;

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers;

Track and report key functional metrics to enhance the effectiveness of procurement processes;

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide purchasing solutions;

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing;

Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with legal and corporate guidelines;

Analyze and assess potential risks associated with procurement activities.

Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of goods and services;

Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes;

Experience required

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
