We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to bring structure and leadership to the kitchen and be a key player in shaping the future of this venue.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting kitchen operations – Overseeing daily service and ensuring smooth, efficient execution.

Leading the team – Coaching, mentoring, and motivating chefs to maintain high standards and a positive work environment.

Driving kitchen efficiency – Implementing systems, refining workflows, and maintaining consistency in prep and service.

Maintaining quality and presentation – Ensuring every dish meets our aesthetic and flavour expectations.

Stock control and COGS management – Assisting with ordering, supplier coordination, and food cost efficiency.

Collaborating with leadership – Working closely with the Executive Chef and owner to develop the kitchen team and refine the menu.

Mix of day & night shifts. Must be available weekend evenings.
