About the Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has opened for a dedicated Account Manager to join their high-performing Melbourne based team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of national clients—acting as their go-to contact, coordinating service delivery, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives. You’ll work directly with the senior leadership team and play a hands-on role in driving service excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience
Monitor and manage third-party providers to ensure consistent, compliant delivery
Analyse service data and provide clear, insightful reporting to clients
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost efficiency
Coordinate new client onboarding and project rollouts
Stay current with compliance, contract terms, and service-level obligations.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a commercially minded, operationally capable Account Manager who can demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of customer service. You will demonstrate capability in account management, ideally with experience and exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Industrial Services; Logistics; Facilities Management; Education; and Health & Aged Care.
Strong communication and reporting skills (verbal and written)
The ability to manage competing priorities and work at pace
A proactive mindset - you take ownership and follow through
Experience working with compliance-heavy sectors
Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
