The Position:
We're hiring an Account Manager - a full-time, office-based recruitment consultant role (or as we like to call it, a corporate matchmaker). This is a Monday to Friday position where you'll manage the full recruitment cycle from business development through to successful placement.
You'll be responsible for:
- Proactive business development - reaching out to new clients and introducing them to ROC Consulting's proven recruitment solutions
- Building and managing long-term relationships with existing clients
- Sourcing high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, Seek, internal database and other platforms
- Managing job ads, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing successful placements

The Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous B2B or 360-degree sales experience (recruitment not required)
- Outbound phone sales experience and no fear of picking up the phone
- A strong desire to grow a long-term career
- Competitive nature with a drive to earn and succeed
- Strong relationship-building skills and natural leadership qualities
- A persuasive, confident communicator who can influence and connect
