We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and proactive Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and voice of our real estate agency. This is a key role supporting both our property management and sales teams in day-to-day operations.
We value individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative and respectful team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously
Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member and provide general support
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance
Assist with document preparation for sales and property management transactions
Process bills, receipts, and perform accurate data entry
Provide administrative support to both the rental and sales teams
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is highly preferred to support our diverse client base.
A confident phone manner and strong customer service focus
Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Embraces a no-blame culture — we learn from mistakes and grow together
Previous experience in a receptionist or real estate admin role is a bonus but not essential
