The successful candidate is:

A positive professional, who enjoys working in a team

Confidence when making calls to prospective tenants and current landlords

Well presented and corporately groomed

An outstanding communicator with excellent time management and negotiation skills

Able to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords

An Agents Representative who holds a current certificate, driver's license and own car

Able to work well with set KPI's and be customer service focused
