Warehouse & Dispatch Champion

Forever Flowering is on the lookout for a reliable, detail-driven and proactive Warehouse & Dispatch Champion to join our passionate team. Based at our Tullamarine warehouse, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a tidy, well-organised environment and takes pride in keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.

We’re not just looking for someone to pick and pack—we want a team player who can own the space, manage their time effectively, and play a key role in helping our business thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Picking and packing orders with precision and care—our products are fragile and require extra attention.

Dispatching orders on time to meet shipping deadlines.

Receiving and unpacking incoming stock quickly and efficiently.

Maintaining accurate stock levels and requesting reorders when needed.

Keeping the warehouse and showroom clean, tidy, and functional for all team members.

Cleaning shared areas including kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Collecting stock from local storage facilities and organising it back at HQ.

Managing a simple system to track outgoing and backordered items.

Communicating confidently with both team members and customers when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once—being efficient and structured is essential in this fast-paced role.

A self-starter who can manage their own workflow and take initiative without constant supervision.

Able to keep up with tight deadlines and a high volume of dispatch activity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently but also happy to jump in and support the wider team when needed.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment or with pick-packing software (ShipStation, Cin7) is a plus—but not essential.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn is most important.

Great communication and presentation skills—you’ll be liaising with both customers and staff daily.
