We are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. The Opportunity

If you are a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator seeking a pivotal role in managing internal and external logistics, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management, and you excel at ensuring the accurate and smooth flow of stock, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse and oversee the accuracy and flow of stock (inwards goods and dispatch)
• Pick and dispatch orders, load and unload pallets and materials using forklifts, make occasional deliveries
• Handle the purchasing of consumables to ensure the timely availability of supplies
• Refine existing systems and implement lean manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency
• Liaise with the team regarding stock levels and orders, and assist with stock counts
• Contribute to the development of a logistics system to improve overall operations
• Maintain an efficient and tidy warehouse
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role, with similar demands
• Hold a current drivers license and forklift license
• Prior experience operating material handing equipment (forklift, stacker, and crane)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace, unsupervised, while producing accurate work
• Physically fit and able to bend and lift 25kg+
• Self-motivated, team player and problem solver
• Respectful and friendly personality with a genuine liking for working with people
