About the role

Oz AG Machinery, a leading local manufacturer and distributor of wholesale agricultural equipment, is seeking a motivated and organised Store Person to join our Warehouse/Spare Parts Staff at our Ballarat based team. This full-time role will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate stock management and order fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, storing, and dispatching a range of agricultural parts and equipment

Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers and the workshop in a timely manner

Accurately maintaining inventory levels and updating stock records

Assisting with the preparation and loading of goods for delivery

Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in stock levels

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a stores, warehousing, or distribution role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software

Ability to liaise with all domestic freight handlers

A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

Forklift licence and/or experience operating warehousing equipment is highly desirable

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills Flexibility - Possible part-time Workshop work, if required

Hours of work are between 7.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. (Some Overtime may be required.)
