What we need
As a result of targeted growth in the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast region, OCE is seeking a Site Engineer for immediate start to be based out of our new office in North Lakes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Site-based Quality Management including Inspection & Test Plans.
Liaising with our Clients on a daily basis to report progress & troubleshoot problems.
Assisting the project Management team with job costing, external and internal reporting, project planning, and programming.
Materials procurement and control.
Offaly Civil operates under a third-party accredited management system, thus the right candidate will be required to help implement Quality, Safety & Environmental processes to ensure our operations both comply with legislative requirements and continually improve.
Providing estimating and quantity surveying support.
Producing and collating site documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Civil Engineering or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Proficiency with the use of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
Sound knowledge of the Australian Civil construction industry.
Previous experience working on Water and Sewer projects is highly desirable.
A Driver's License is a must. OCE will provide a vehicle to the successful candidate.

This is a site-based role initially working in the Caloundra area; however, the successful candidate may be expected to service our regional projects from time to time.
