We’re looking for a Civil Site / Project Engineer with 2–5 years’ local experience to join a leading subcontractor working across major civil and
structural works.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years’ experience in civil construction (Residential/Commercial)
• Piling experience preferred
• Experience working as a subcontractor to Tier 1 & 2 builders
• Must have Australian market experience

You’ll be involved in demolition, piling, shotcrete, soil anchors, excavation, concrete, and earthworks, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring work meets design specs, quality, and safety standards
• Provide technical support and coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Proactively identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track
• Liaise with geotechnical teams to manage material testing and resolve design conflicts
• Conduct QA inspections and maintain site documentation
• Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and procurement
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ protocols
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (or relevant experience required)
