We are seeking energetic, creative, adventurous, nurturing, reliable and flexible Female* Support Workers in the Campbelltown area, to work within a family home and community access with an approach that is respectful, and person centred.

All successful Support Workers that join the team will be good communicators with fluent English skills, have a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to ensuring all Client needs are met consistently and delivered in line with family requests, preferences and parenting style.

The successful applicants we are after will be ready to embrace a Support Worker / Nanny type role during Active Night work.

The role is supporting in-home and, in the community, and will involve activities such as supporting skill development in activities of daily living, pet care before and after school, household tasks and social activities etc.

Must love animals!

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
• Minimum 12mths previous industry experience supporting people living with disability.
• Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
• Female
• Nonsmoker

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working with teens
• Experience supporting people living with Autism
• Experience working within a family home routine
• Nanny experience

Plus Mandatory:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance - you may also be required to drive Client's accessible van.
• Passport/Right to work in Australia (if required)
• Infection Control Training
• Manual Handling Training
• Basic Food Handling

- Active nights - 9pm - 8.15am shifts (11.25hrs)

- Monday to Sunday
