About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Redfern, where we provide 24/7 support to residents living in our SIL accommodation. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting participants with daily living tasks, community engagement, and personal development in a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual care plans

Assist participants with personal care, medication, mealtime support, and household tasks

Support residents to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in social or recreational activities

Follow behaviour support plans and respond appropriately to behavioural challenges

Maintain accurate daily progress notes and incident reports using our care management system

Work collaboratively with other staff, families, and external providers to promote participant wellbeing

Uphold participant rights, dignity, and choice at all times

Assist with shift handovers, team meetings, and compliance reporting as required
