About the role
- Provide executive support to the SVHNS CEO, including diary, email, travel, and financial management
- Manage the CEO's correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Support corporate governance requirements and the preparation of committee papers, agendas, and minutes
- Lead a team of 6 Executive Assistants (5 direct reports, 1 indirect report)
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional service
- Oversee the team's administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resource utilisation
About you
- Experience in providing high-level executive support in a large and complex organisation
- Experience in leading administrative teams to achieve high performance and a positive work environment
- Well-organised, can solve problems effectively, and can manage a busy workload with tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships, and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Good written communication skills and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft
- Good understanding of corporate governance and experience in activity reporting
- Able to work from the hospital Monday to Friday, with the occasional work-from-home day
