A commitment to accuracy and high-level attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise across various teams and levels of the organisation

A proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines

A solutions-oriented approach to resolving payroll queries and issues promptly

Work Arrangement

This position is based in New South Wales, with the expectation of attending our Liverpool-area hub two days per week. The remaining days offer flexibility to work remotely, providing an optimal balance between collaboration and autonomy.

About Us

At Early Education Holdings, we are committed to becoming the early childhood education provider of choice for families across Australia. With ten centres across NSW and QLD and a team of over 300 professionals, we deliver high-quality, authentic, and affordable early learning experiences that foster curiosity, growth, and fun.

Our centres are known for their warm, community-driven environments that offer a welcoming, "home-from-home" feel for both children and educators. This balance is designed to support work-life harmony, accommodating family dynamics and personal needs while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

We understand the importance of flexibility in today’s working environment, and we offer the autonomy to manage your schedule in a way that works for you, while ensuring we meet our collective goals. We are committed to supporting you in achieving both professional success and personal balance.
