Start your mornings with purpose by joining the warm and welcoming team at Whiz Kidz Dandenong! We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive Barista to run our coffee cart and help create a positive start to the day for our families and staff.

About the Role:

As the first smiling face families see each day, you'll play an important role in setting the tone for a smooth and cheerful morning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting parents and children warmly as they arrive at the centre

Taking coffee orders while parents drop off their children

Preparing and serving high-quality espresso and other beverages

Taking ownership of the coffee cart – keeping it clean, organised, and welcoming

Creating and experimenting with your own seasonal or signature drinks – creativity is encouraged!

About You:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a social environment and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role

A warm, approachable manner and a genuine passion for coffee and people

Confidence to run the coffee cart independently and take initiative

A neat and professional appearance, with strong reliability and punctuality

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
