About the role

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Fat Cat Coffee Roasters' in Newborough, VIC. This is a part-time role, perfect for those looking to take their barista skills to the next level.

$28 - $36 Per Hour Based On Experience.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks using top-of-the-line equipment

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive cafe experience

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and cafe space

Upholding and promoting the brand image and values of Fat Cat Coffee Roasters'

Collaborating with the wider cafe team to ensure smooth daily operations

Providing sale support and advice to our retail customer base

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista.

Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, including the ability to operate coffee machines and grinders

Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding cafe experience

Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Must drink coffee.
