We currently have a full-time opportunity available for an experienced receptionist to join our Mercedes-Benz service and repair centre in Doncaster.

The Role

If you have experience in any of the following types of work, then we want to hear from you.

• Greeting customers with courtesy and professional enthusiasm and ensuring needs are attended to.
• Communicating with customers transparently on all facets of their ‘transaction’.
• Handling all incoming calls via our switchboard.
• Maintaining the professional image of a company by keeping the ‘front of house’ reception area and waiting rooms clean and welcoming at all times.
• Representing the professional image of a company that is aligned to a prestige brand like Mercedes-Benz.

Necessary qualifications/experience

The successful candidate will have:

• Impeccable presentation: a cheerful, warm and friendly disposition.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in periods of high demand.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills.
• High levels of organisational skills are key to being successful in this role.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with long term customers.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with new customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and also take a leadership role when needed.
• An ability to use good judgement and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
