About the role:

• Get involved in business development with the full support of an experienced Partner who is committed to mentoring you.
• Work directly with major banks and non-bank lenders across property, corporate, construction, health, agriculture, and general business banking sectors.
• Dive into complex due diligence tasks, including reviewing leases, pre-sale contracts, and put and call option agreements.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer/Associate with 2-4 year’s PQE in banking and finance, property or commercial law residing in Melbourne or Sydney.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Experience working on transactions across multiple Australian states would be highly regarded.
• Experience using PEXA
• Enjoy genuine client contact and opportunities to build your own client relationships.
