The Role
We are seeking a qualified Junior Lawyer to join a dynamic consulting business in the technology sector. As an admitted lawyer, you be able to work on an unrestricted basis, handling a range of legal responsibilities. Key aspects of the role include:

• Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Providing clear legal guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
• Managing legal risks associated with contracts and transactions
• Communicating legal implications to non-legal stakeholders across the business

What We Need
The ideal candidate will be a fully admitted lawyer with 1-3 years of relevant experience. You should have worked in a commercial or corporate legal team, government, or an in-house environment. Key qualifications and skills include:

• Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and advising on legal obligations
• Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
• Ability to identify and manage legal risks associated with commercial agreements
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
• Proven ability to work autonomously and efficiently while managing multiple tasks
• Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders across various divisions
