About the role:

• Advise on high-profile development projects and strategic property acquisitions with national significance.
• Work across a broad property portfolio, including commercial, retail, residential, and industrial assets.
• Manage complex leasing arrangements, property structuring, and major asset transactions.

The ideal candidate:

• Open to Associates & Senior Associates with 2+ years’ PQE in property transactions and/or leasing, with strong drafting skills.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a busy, high-performing team and has a proactive, client-focused attitude
