Metal Biz Recyclers is one of the leading metal recycling companies in Qld, with three branches across Brisbane. We are looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operator/Office Administrator to support our team based at Rocklea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing materials.
• Record and document weight measurements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with truck drivers and site personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient weighing process.
• Assisting with customer queries.
• Generate reports and maintain records of daily transactions.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to weighbridge operations.
• Comply with safety and environmental regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recycling practices and environmental consciousness is a plus.
