About the Role:
As an ANZ Business Development Manager at EIZ, based in our Heatherton, VIC 3202 office, you will drive growth by promoting our full suite of domestic and international freight solutions to new and existing clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-value, customized logistics solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight and logistics
Prepare and present tailored proposals and value-based solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and retention
Meet regularly with assigned accounts to track KPIs and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Finance teams
Engage the sales team for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely, effective manner
Maintain accurate pricing and rate schedules
Participate in social work events to build community presence
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic thinker with:
3–5 years of experience in domestic freight sales in Australia
International freight experience or Key Account Management experience (highly desirable)
Proven track record of success in B2B logistics sales
Strong understanding of sales best practices and customer relationship management
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to achieve results
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and effective problem-solving abilities
