What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct outgoing inspections with efficiency and attention to detail

Manage property maintenance, liaising with tenants and trusted tradespeople

Handle bond management, rent reviews, rent increases, and lease renewals

Coordinate key handovers and tenant move-ins

Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction

Organise advertising, landlord insurance, photography, and copyright compliance

Represent the agency at tribunal hearings, when required
