About the Role:
Are you an experienced and driven Property Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their Bulimba office.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Assistant Property Managers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Handle escalated tenant and landlord issues, offering expert solutions.
• Manage lease renewals, routine inspections, and property maintenance.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction on both ends.
• Utilise your experience and knowledge to contribute to the growth and success of the property management department.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Property Management experience
• A current certificate of registration
• Senior Property Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of property management systems and processes.
• Willingness to do what it takes to get positive outcomes for the portfolio;
• Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills;
• Experience and knowledge of Property Me, IRE and Realworks advantageous
• Proactive
