We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail orientated Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team.

As our Assistant Property Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our property portfolio. You’ll be hands on with inspections, maintenance coordination, new tenant onboarding, and general administration to help our property management team deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine property inspections with professionalism and respect for tenants' homes

Capture detailed inspection reports with photos using inspection software

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to the Property Management team

Drive between properties to complete scheduled inspections (company car provided)

Monitor and action assigned maintenance requests and tasks daily

Communicate with tenants, landlords, and trades via SMS, email, and phone

Assist with tenant onboarding, including viewings, processing applications, and entry reports

Support vacate procedures and complete follow-up tasks as directed

Uphold our company’s service standards and KPI expectations

Be a proactive team player, ready to support colleagues when needed
