Join a growing Australian organisation as their new Company Accountant. You’ll play a key role in managing financial operations, supporting decision-making, and contributing to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and statutory financial reporting for a designated group of companies;
• Manage weekly and monthly management reports, along with half-yearly bank reporting;
• Handle monthly BAS and Payroll Tax submissions for the group and support other companies within the group in meeting these requirements;
• Continuously analyse sales and site operations, providing insights into performance;
• Update regular reports and proactively identify areas for improvement;
• Supervise and assist the Finance team, providing backup support as required;
• Prepare weekly payroll and manage quarterly superannuation payments;
• Provide financial support for ad hoc tasks across the business, contributing to various operational areas; and
• Play a key role in supporting the Group’s ongoing growth and expansion.

Qualifications / Experience

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards;
• 2–4+ years’ experience in a similar position, in a medium-sized organisation; and
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
