Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis using stakeholder input and performance data
• Define learning objectives and select appropriate instructional strategies
• Develop engaging content with subject matter experts across formats and platforms
• Build interactive eLearning using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
• Design assessments and leverage learner feedback to refine programs
• Manage end-to-end project timelines and collaborate cross-functionally
• Work closely with executive-level teams on DEI initiatives to drive organizational change
• Assist in the re-vamping and optimization of SharePoint systems for enhanced collaboration and knowledge sharing

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in instructional design
• Strong knowledge of instructional models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
• Ability to work across multiple areas
• Ability to design inclusive, responsive learning experiences
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
