Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, workbook and a facilitator guide.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, such as:
PowerPoint presentations
Hands-on exercises and simulations
Job aids and reference materials
Apply proven instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, to ensure effective learning experiences.
Create training suitable for virtual and face to face modalities
Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft’s Power BI, and instructional design.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in instructional design and development with Power BI
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for learning and a commitment to continuous improvement.
