Position: Service Coordinator
We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting participants to achieve their goals through efficient program coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed NDIS quotes.
- Draft comprehensive service agreements and service schedules.
- Upload service agreements into ShiftCare, our participant management system and maintain organised records on the shared drive.
- Manage tasks related to PRODA and PACE, ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
- Regularly update participant funding information on PRODA.
- Develop engaging activities for our 6-week program, ensuring alignment with participant goals.
- Organise and coordinate Saturday Connect activities, including bookings and logistical arrangements.
- Oversee bookings and arrangements for participant activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with social media content related to participant engagement and activities.
- Provide ad hoc participant administration support, including onboarding participants, and helping with necessary forms.
About You:
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including PRODA and PACE systems.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ShiftCare or similar client management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with participants, families, and team members.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
