Join this established Hospitality Interior Design studio in the role of General Manager, based in Surry Hills.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the studio and be the "go-to" person for the team. You will also lead Business Development and be experienced in financial management.

Key responsibilities

Financial management, including overseeing invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll

Business development

Key stakeholder relationship management including client agreements, variations, budgets and reporting

Overseeing new business and bid processes

Update and review documentation standards and protocols

Manage communications and social media outputs

Skills and experience

Minimum 5+ years' experience of studio or practice management within architecture or design

Experience in hospitality, ideally Pubs.

Understanding of project management, business development and financial forecasting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in various software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Xero
