About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Prime Euro Services' as the General Manager, based in Ellenbrook, Western Australia. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of this fast-paced and dynamic organisation. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Provide strong, visionary leadership and direction to the business, aligning all activities with the company's mission, values and strategic objectives

Develop and implement effective business plans, budgets and forecasts to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing, engaged team of professionals

Foster a positive, collaborative and innovative company culture

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Ensure robust risk management and compliance procedures are in place

Represent the company externally and build strong relationships

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in a senior general management or operations role, preferably within the CEO & General Management industry

A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth in a general/business unit manager capacity

Excellent strategic planning, financial management and decision-making skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities

Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Tertiary qualifications in business, management or a related field
