As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant focusing on Business Development & Customer Relations to help expand our client base, deepen existing customer relationships, and ensure the highest levels of service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Grow Sales & Revenue: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors. You'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Customer Service Excellence: Be the go-to person for high-level support, resolving issues with professionalism and care.

End To End Recruitment: No recruitment experience? We will train you! from advertising roles, to interviewing and creating candidate reports .

On-Call Rotation: Provide light on-call coverage every second week, with minimal involvement expected (handled remotely).

About You

Proven background in sales, business development, account management, or customer relations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and confident using CRM tools or sales platforms.

Motivated by targets and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

You will have your own car, and great references.
