Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our mission-driven crew for a 12-month maternity leave cover, supporting our Marketing Manager and the wider team across both Organic Collagen Australia and Collagenie. This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of our day-to-day operations – from customer service and fulfilment to marketing support and admin. Starting at 24 hours per week (days & times flexible), this position is ideal for someone who’s studying a relevant discipline, re-entering the workplace or looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. We are targeting June 2nd as the onboarding date for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Deliver top-notch service through emails and online platforms, ensuring customers feel valued and heard every step of the way.

Marketing & Content Creativity:
Jump into the action with social media, creative email campaigns, and keeping our website and Shopify stores fresh and fabulous. Keep an eye on industry trends and pitch in with market research to stay ahead of the curve.

Building Relationships & Event Vibes:
Connect with our amazing distributors, retail partners and stakeholders while helping to bring our events, trade shows and promos to life with some extra flair.

Admin Superpower:
Take on all things admin with style – from keeping reports in check to handling filing and correspondence.

Inventory & Fulfillment Hero:
Keep a close eye on inventory levels, manage stock and ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped quickly and accurately to keep our customers happy.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, admin support or marketing roles is a plus.

Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Impeccable organisational skills and an eye for detail are non-negotiable.

Bonus points for killer copywriting skills and experience managing chatbots or CRM tools.

Outstanding communication chops and a knack for building relationships.

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of our spirited team.

Genuine passion for health, wellness, sustainability and animal welfare.

A sunny disposition, can-do attitude and sense of humour are non-negotiables.

Openness to commit to more hours/days as this role grows.
